A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any goods, sent by one of our sales person. Products must be returned in «as new» condition. To avoid any damage to the merchandise, please use proper packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact Atlas Medic as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can receive a full refund by returning it within 10 days following receipt of the item. A 15% restocking fee applies to all items returned after 10 days and 25% after 21 days. No return will be accepted after 45 days. By returning an item, the client is responsible for shipping costs unless an error has been made by Atlas Medic.
