Atlas Medic delivers goods across Canada every day, at no charge! Free delivery is automatically available for all eligible orders.
When the value of a bid or an order exceeds $1,500, our sales team sends us a request for shipping costs, which are then calculated and included in the bid/order.
Atlas Medic reserves the right to charge for delivery in certain regions, such as:
- rural zones with a low population density
- northern zones with a low population density
- islands and hard-to-access locations
- businesses and residences where receiving hours do not coincide with our
- delivery services
Additional shipping costs are charged for delivery of some heavy or cumbersome items (see legend).
All delivery costs include insurance on your packages.
Important: Orders with a RESIDENTIAL address (option to be selected when at checkout) are not eligible for free delivery. An additional fee will be charged automatically, before or without minimum purchase (see table). For a COMMERCIAL address, the conditions for eligible and ineligible orders are listed below.
International orders (i.e., those delivered outside of Canada) are not eligible for free delivery.
Eligible orders with COMMERCIAL ADDRESS
Our sales team must determine in advance if your order is eligible for free delivery, based on two eligibility criteria: the value and total weight of the order.
