Scott Livingston has been working in the field of athletic performance for close to thirty years.
He is known for his dedication to building more efficient, effective and resilient athletes using his ability to assess movement dysfunction and deliver corrective exercise, while merging such strategies with effective and specific performance training.
Scott has trained and re-built athletes at every level and has personally trained numerous Olympic medalists.
He is the co-owner of Premiere Performance (P2), a business focused on performance training and reconditioning of athletic individuals, and High Performance Sport, an educational business dedicated to teaching leading edge practices in performance and reconditioning. He is also deeply involved as part of the leadership team in the Olympic athlete support foundation known as B2ten.
Scott has worked for eleven seasons in the National Hockey league as an athletic therapist and strength and conditioning coach with the Montreal Canadiens, New York Rangers, and New York Islanders. Prior to this, he has worked for Concordia University for nine years as strength and conditioning coach and assistant athletic therapist, as well as having served in a part time faculty position in the Exercise Science Department.LINKEDIN
