Diana Perez, B.Sc. PT, M.Sc. Rehab. Science - McGill University Physiotherapist / Yoga Therapist / Sports Physiotherapist Medi-Club Physiotherapy & Medical Wellness Centre

Diana is a physiotherapist who has worked in the medical field and fitness industry for over 30 years. She has advanced specializations in sports physiotherapy & manual therapy, as well as formal training in the areas of wellness, naturopathy, ayurvedic medicine, nutrition and acupuncture. She is the founder/previous owner (1997-2009) of the Medi-Club Physiotherapy & Medical Wellness Centre in Montreal where she continues to practice as a clinical physiotherapist. 

As a Sports Physiotherapist she has provided medical services to athletes of all levels, including Professional & Canadian National teams. She was a member of the Canadian Medical Teams for the 2008/2004 Olympic Games, 2002 Commonwealth Games, and 1997/1993/1989/1987 Maccabiah Games.

Diana has been teaching yoga for more than 15 years and practicing yoga therapy for the last 5 years. Her yoga influences are mainly from the schools of Hatha, Ashtanga, Moksha and Anusara. She has completed trainings/certifications in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Yoga Alignment/Sequencing and Pranayama. She is currently completing additional certification as a Yoga Therapist (1000 hours) through the Professional Yoga Therapy Institute. She is the founder/director of the Canadian Yoga Therapy Institute, a faculty member of the Integrated Health Yoga Therapy Program and teaches Yoga Workshops and retreats throughout North America and internationally.
