Delivery and installation

Atlas Medic delivers orders for free, in Canada, every day! Free delivery is automatically available for all eligible orders. To find out if your order qualifies, visit the appropriate section in our Web Store or contact one of our advisors.

We offer an installation and equipment activation service. Every piece of equipment calls for specific requirements and precautions. Feel free to contact us for specifics related to the installation of the product you hope to acquire. This service applies to specialized equipment only. Ask our technical service for quote.

Warranties and return of merchandise


Atlas Medic honours manufacturers’ warranties. Warranties are not applicable in case of improper use, negligence, abuse or vandalism. Atlas Medic reserves the right to conduct a thorough investigation to determine whether a warranty applies. Warranties are limited to the respective manufacturers’ warranty policies. Atlas Medic complies with all legal warranty requirements.

Merchandise return

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any goods. Ask one of our advisors for a RMA. Products must be returned in «as new» condition. To avoid any damage to the merchandise, please use proper packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact Atlas Medic as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can receive a full refund by returning it within 10 days following receipt of the item. A 15% restocking fee applies to all items returned after 10 days and 25% after 21 days. No return will be accepted after 45 days. By returning an item, the client is responsible for shipping costs unless an error has been made by Atlas Medic. Atlas Medic is not responsible for personal information or objects left with the returned merchandise.
